How do I export Ben&Jerry's ice cream to another country, when B&J's have strict distribution rules?

I see a real market for a high end ice-cream such as Ben&Jerry's or Haagen-Dazs in a certain country. However when investigating, B&J's have strict policies as to who they use for wholesale distribution in other countries. I would assume Haagen-Dazs is similar. I am a private investor who can see a real opportunity but am stuck. If I were to find such a distribution company in the destination country I would just get cut out the picture. Any ideas....
