How can we in places with no credit cards buy or sell online?

I signed up with an online work-at-home body and they want me to pay just 2dollars! to get registered. Up till now I have not yet started, not because I can't afford it but I don't know how to make payments since they didn't provide any other payment method that will be convenient.
